I am not 100% sure but I think you don't have a SWG Do you have salt in the pool already? Can you test for FC? And let the pump run for 6 hours and test again for FC and see if the free chlorine increase?

That is the basket, the pump and the sand filter, you are missing the swg system, but I am not an expert!!! Post a picture from the other side please
