Thank you sir. Well, I am a knucklehead. The part’s arrows and flow switch arm did not line up properly. The switch was slightly sideways in the cell. I backed off the threads a bit and it engaged. Thank you again.

Moved from here. If shorting the red and black wires does not produce a green flow light, what would the next step be? I replaced the flow switch with a new one and there was still a red flow light and red and green flashing lights.
