Yes jets do run on a separate pump, no unusual noises are coming out of the pump.

There is one that is hooked in line with the filter and heater that dose come out into the spa. This one is fine. The jets which there are 4 are the ones that suddenly now are dribbling out with no pressure.

The jets do not run through the filter that has a pressure gage, just the basket attached to the pump .
