i have a grey sticky substance only in the bottom of my fiberglass pool. when i brush or vacuum the bottom of the pool and let the brush dry it hardens. i then try to flake it off then i clean brush or vacuum with mineral spirits to get it all off followed by soak and water. then ready to go...
