Swam all weekend here in Iowa! Pool water was 70 but turned heater on until temp reached 82.

We are two weeks away from dig and we are so excited! It will take about 6 working days to complete if we get no rain. Will post pics when they start.

Thanks for the guideline info spool. Our deep end depth is 8'. The total length of the pool is 44' 1". By the guideline it looks like we are okay.

The pb is getting close to what we want. The wing wall is going away at the bottom of the stairs but over all dimensions of pool is good. My concern is that our deep end only has 20' 6" and I originally thought it had to be 24'. We are having a diving board, so this concerns me. I need some...

Did anyone else have a hard time picking a liner? I'm a visual person and not seeing it in a pool is hard. Our builder uses Loop Loc. Anyone else have that brand that could post pictures. I want a medium blue that has a little more Aqua color to it. Thanks!

We ended up going with the only alpha pool. It all came down to I wanted bubblers and the one builder had no interest at all in doing it.

Salina- I added the picture of the steps we ended up going with in my signature. We were back and forth between the two but with 7 people in our family I felt my profile picture would be more practical. I still love the steps and ledge that I posted for you earlier. Good luck with your decision!:)

We are in the process of finalizing our pool design and hoping to dig the first part of August. We will have a 6' sun deck that will be 20' wide with two bubblers. The water depth is at 9" on the sun deck. That seems about right but wanted other people's opinion who have sun decks. Thanks!

Love them!! Are the legs sturdy? I keep reading reviews that the legs are snapping off or splitting.

I say go with the 20x40. I get that extra money seems like a lot now but in the long run it will be worth it. We are finalizing our 20x44x10 and I'm still worried about it being a little small in the shallow end. Good luck!
