    the parameters before i slamed on Tuesday were as follows FC 7 PH 7.5 TA 90 CH 425 CYA 55 everything seemed pretty good CH is a little high. I tried both a puck and vitamin c and neither seemed to effect the discoloring. So im not sure what it could be?

    Got my Test kit and results are as follows. FC 1.5 PH 8.2 TA 110 CH 300 CYA 30 That's the Big one the pool store said it was 60 I added the recommended amount of Chlorine and Acid to help bring FC and PH into range. Whats next?

    As for the current owner. He did not make any money on this house that he tried to flip, so he has fought me the whole time on repairs. The pool is fine to my knowledge but its obvious that once he was in contract and the house was no longer being showed he just gave up on the pool maintenance.
