I use my Z5 in the spa with no issues, FYI. Still loving this thing. By far the best investment I've made for my pool followed by my variable speed pump.

Just want to say that this thing was the best purchase ever. My pool has never been cleaner. Has never used such little chemicals. And has never been so easy to maintain. I have not brushed once since buying this thing back in May!

That's what I had and thought it was awesome till I replaced it with a Dolphin Oasis and was amazed how much better it is. My pool has never been cleaner.

I don't have acorns but highly doubt it would pick them up. The openings are rectangular in shape and not that large.

I have a Z5 with zero issues. I'm wondering if pool finish type makes a difference? I have pebbletec and maybe the coarse nature of it gives better traction?

I'm so thankful that my Z5 doesn't get stuck on the drains. I still absolutely love this thing. I use it about twice per week and leave my pump on low speed for 10 hours. Pool has never been cleaner and my electricity bill has been super low because of it!

I would really like to know if the M5 remote would really work on the Z5 with all of those extra features. I'd love a water line scrub only feature.

I've read about this issue as well. My Oasis Z5 luckily does not have this issue. It's likely your drain cover type.
