New House came with a neglected pool - SLAM DONE!

Re: New House came with a neglected pool - Please Help! 30 gallons sounds like a good start, you won't need that many at once. But extra on hand keeps you from running to the store everyday. Let it run, test and submit your numbers to pool math, and follow the advise given. Good luck, you...

We are headed out of town for 10 days, leaving the pool in the hands of our daughter who will not have time to maintain the way we do. What is the best way to add chlorine while we are gone? There is a frog chlorinator attached to our pump but we don't use it, should we fill it up while we are...

Here is a picture of the water on April 12th, I had already been at it a month with hundreds of dollars spent at the pool store, they wanted me to do a complete drain and re-fill. It was not open last year, as we just bought the house last fall. The water was black/green and nasty. BBB, TFP...

Thank you, thank you , thank you ... the slam seems to be complete. Will do a test tonight to see if I still loose any chlorine. I have a hard time getting to the pool before the sun does. I guess I can let the FC down to a reasonable level and test the pH and adjust as needed. How does that...
