The '30 would have been just a little too big for the back yard :) We are VERY happy with the 27'. If space wasn't a problem I probably would have gotten the larger size.

I have a 27'x54" round and it is pretty big. I also thought about the 30' and glad I went with the slightly smaller size.

A few people have suggested using a suction cup bath mat cut to size. I just picked one up and will give it a try this season. I have a ladder attached to my deck, it is also from Confer.

Well, all is going well! The pool is fantastic and I have gone ahead and hard plumbed everything! Looks great.

So I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me to the pool store where I purchased the pool. There is in fact a proprietary PVC connection that replaces this hose connection. And luckily for me the store had one on hand which they gave me! So for this case I should be all set. I have to say...

Hi all My pool was just installed and I wanted to hard plumb everything from the start. My Pentair EasyClean DE filter has an output connector that looks like it is specifically made for the flex hose. Any recommendations on how to get this connected to PVC? Thanks!

This is great and exactly what I was looking to do! Could you describe the fittings you used? Threaded, slip, 1.5in or 2? I will also be moving everything inside for the winter and want to make sure everything is 'movable' so the unions will be key. Thanks in advance
