Do you have some specs about the filter tun? How many kilo's sand did you put in? 4 PSI = 0.3 bar that's not much pressure for sandfilter.

Not familiar with your type/brand. Mine has cooling vents on the outside so I assume it is normal. After all it's a big trafo. Perhaps you can put some spacers between the wall and the unit ?

Hope you get it filled soon ;) I can't help with any of the fence or inspection issues, there is zero regulation on that here. Just dig a hole (OK, you need to check for wires and plumbing) and fill it with water. That's it :P

Can you post a picture of te controll unit ? Mine has a digital timer display for the percentage of generated. If yours is set to 50% , maybe you just looked at the moment it isn't generating because it allready did a bunch of time of the 50% ?

Rule of thumb we use overhere : you should be able to pump the entire pool in 4 hours, and depending on swimming day or not you should pump 1 to 2 cycles
