I have been away from my house and therefore pool as well, but when I tried to use the polaris yesterday it kept turning to left and into the wall - it appears that the right side wheels are not turning but the left side work just fine. Any ideas on what I need to look at? I searched online...

Thanks for the advice. Water tested and everything is good, no metals. They asked me why I wanted to test for metals and told them about the staining. They mentioned that SWG would cause that staining and tried to sell me some stain remover. Glad I didn't purchase it -- the Vitamin C worked...

I will have water tested today for metals. I think I agree with you, use the Vitamin C and clean up the baskets. Should I do anything about the filter?
