I don't use the inline chlorinator any longer and haven't since the beginning of last year. Just the BBB method since may 13. I'm going to drain now so should I hold off entirely on adding any bleach/chlorine or add some and let it run for a few hours

So I removed the 12 pucks this morning and added 96 oz of 8.25 bleach. Will my cya drop on its own or do I have to do a partial drain/refill

Apparently I need to start pool school over. I was under the impression that I still used the in line chlorinator with the tabs to maintain the chlorine level. And then used the bleach as a shock alternative.
