    New pool owner (in escrow). Inspector and pool company recommended we replaster. How bad does this look?

    This is a 40 x 20 pool, quoted 14k replaster and 5k retailing. I'm located in Los Angeles. How much time do I have to replaster this? What would happen if we don't replaster for a few years? Would it be reasonable to ask the seller to pay for this?
