I'd also like opinions on how long to run the pump daily. I've been running it 12 hours, and even when I have my chlorine dispenser (Nature2) set to "1" the chlorine levels are still quite high. I'm presuming (perhaps inaccurately) that if I run the pump less, less chlorine will be introduced...

Just thought I'd follow up to end the thread. Definitely pollen; skimmer taking care of it. Thanks for the comments from everyone; being a new pool owner I'm paranoid about maintaining water quality!

That's funny. While I didn't indicate one on my drawing, it's actually in the same position (but higher) above the main drain. I understand what you're both saying, though. Aim the jet near the stairs to the right, and aim the one across from the skimmer at the light. I'll mess around with...
