Forgot lights for the tanning ledge

Thanks for all the replies, I have a flood light in it now but like the lit up water vibe at night. Going to see about fabricating something of my own.

Forgot lights for the tanning ledge

I recently built a pool and put 2 intellibright lights in the pool. I didn’t think about the tanning ledge and now it’s dark when the pool is lit up. Are there any options for lighting this area up? I have 2 umbrella sleeves there, are there any battery powered lights that could screw into those?

New pool owner and cya is high, not sure of Leslie’s advice

Ok I see I just needed to play with it to find my answer. I know this is probably a rookie question but does liquid chlorine need to be added everyday? How long until you can swim? We normally like to get in everyday during the summer.

Also I have a drop test kit left by the builder. Is that accurate enough until my new kit comes in?

New pool owner and cya is high, not sure of Leslie’s advice

Ok wow thank you. Just ordered a tf pro kit. So do not use the 1lb of shock weekly or the two tablets? I thought it was either that or liquid. Starting to think pool builder wasn’t the best source of info. I’m about to start a deep dive into this website to get better knowledge. Again thank you!

New pool owner and cya is high, not sure of Leslie’s advice

Hello, New pool owner as of this summer. Trying to learn as much as I can. I went into Leslie’s recently and the test showed my cya was 106. It is almost 110 degrees daily here. He recommended draining pool to the second step and refilling. We had some shrinkage cracks on the plaster near the...

    Primera stone - lazurite

Has anyone ever used wet edge primera stone in lazurite? They just installed today and I’m a little surprised how little aggregate there is. I know it is one that had less and smaller aggregate, but it looks more like regular plaster to me. I thought it seemed that way as they were installing it...
