    Hello, I wish we got rain. I live in Santiago, where there is no rain between October and April. My CYA is between 10 and 20, which is why I use TriChlor and also why I was having issues this season. What we don't have is Cyanuric Acid with which I would be able to fix my low CYA immediately...

    Thanks for the warm welcome. Not sure why it's not possible to get those kits. Amazon doesn't want to ship them down here either even though nowadays we can get most things from Amazon, believe it might be too do with import or flight restrictions of the reagents (wild guess).
