I know it is different states, but I think that is really high. The spa, seems in line, but the pool seems about more than twice it should cost. Are they adding $3200 to upgrade from pebble fina to pebblesheen?

If it is pebble sheen it should be being done by licensed contractors and I would assume they have been through this before. If it did not pile up and dry up I would think it would be straight forward of spraying in the walls and blending it in with the bottom.

We are done. Pool turned out great. Salt was added on Friday and everything is up and running like it suppose to. Now if we can get rid of these cold spell that keep coming through.

I recommend 2 lights as well. I put in a 500w and 60W standard light for now with the expectation to change them out in a year or so with color LED. I cut out over $1000 from my build cost going this way. You may also want to consider putting a step out on the far left bench
