Just a quick update. The backyard is complete

Kids started school today. So summer break is over but we have plenty of summer left to enjoy. Working on the landscape currently but won't plant anything until October.

It looks great. I like the dark background it just highlights everything else in the yard.

They had a 2x2 piece of wood with a thick marker on one end to mark a foot and on the inside end against the pools edge it had a roller like a nail but it spun. They marked it and than used automotive tape to tape it off following the outline. It's honestly very well done.

Updates. All levels are good TA and PH. I did add some metal stain/scale remover per pebble instructions. I'll introduce chlorine tomorrow morning.

I never ever buy from Leslie's lol way over priced for chemicals. I shop price alot and when I see a good deal I'll buy in bulk.

Lol I like the quote. I do it to have peace of mind. I use good quality test kits and I always double test just to be safe. To be honest it was very close to my at home testing.

Yeah I do the same for my aquarium reef tank. I'll have my local shop test my water and I compare to my at home test kits just to be on the safe side. I'll have to check out the watermelon ball. Never heard of it

That's terrible. In good faith they should honor the contract and break ties and refund your deposit. I'm sure there's a loophole in these agreements. I had multiple contractors tell me I signed an agreement. Well what I did sign were proposals that's not a legal document that binds me to them...

Got my first test done at Leslie's. Good base to start with.
