Hmm well I did purchase the Pool Skimmer, and it will arrive next week. My pool cleaner line is near the shallow end so hopefully that will help out.

Nice! I just added borates last week, and it is incredible how the water sparkles. My pool water was crystal clear, but the added WOW factor of the borates is amazing.

I definitely have to look around the store for the stronger stuff. I walked around the paint aisle and had no luck. The MA around the pool supplies is too expensive for the concentration. Right now I'm spending around 12 bucks for 2 gallons of 31.45% at the pool store. Any tips where I should...

I went to Home Depot and I found some, but it was only 14%. At the pool store it was 31.45% for the same price. I'll have to look around other hardware stores to see if I can find a better deal.

I've been lurking on the forums since we had our pool built back in Feb. Tons of great information! Helped me balance my pool water, and next will be adding borates to the pool. Here are a couple pics of the pool, just need to save up to finish the hardscaping around the yard:)
