    Yes it is above waterline and not every bit Probably about 80% and Upland is in southern ca. we have hard water in our area. People tell me it’s efflorescence but Im not sure as cleaning doesn’t do anything

    Pool Grout issues

    Yeah my issue isn’t that it looks lighter but looks like there is calcium build up or effervescence in certain spots. Make sure if the installer made a mistake or something else

    Help! Newly plastered pool with new tile. Looks terrible!!

    I have a similar problem with grey grout and similar tile. I used muratic acid and the white haze still appears but only when grout is dry. I have no idea what is causing this as it just appeared 1 month after pool was replastered and re tiled with micro pebble
