    After quite a slow framing process we got to frame the house, form the pool up to second floor and form it inside. Now doing rebar in a few days and waiting for plumbing supplies before going for gunite.

    I think by the end of summer, wood prices are killing us and breaking up our budget pretty nicely but still hoping to make it to to the end! We are going to time the pool construction along the house, so the pool itself could be much faster but we will just tag along the house as is convenient...

    So not sure if anyone is still following this, but after a few months we are finally starting the house and the pool... is going to be a slow process! We are now just starting to work on the pool base/cradle which will be poured at the same time as the house. We are making it around 4ft higher...

    I just added the IntelliCenter, was missing it. I think the swim jets come with their own, need to look more in detail. I wanted to put some elevated waterfall on the left side of the pool to block access to people and thought I may need it for that. I'm still trying to find some waterfall...
