8-) Update: test kit came in about 10am today!! :-D My test time was 11am - but it took me a while to learn and double test for accuracy - took until 12 noon ;) (Hubby did add about 3 inches of water this morning before the test kit came - using the old test kit and dilution method the FC...

History, This is our 3rd summer. hubby has been caring for it with pucks, and powdered shock... about a month ago it bloomed green and the pool store said shock with powder.... i doubt hubby used the amount of shock they said to use... anyhow, pool got worse not better... over a couple weeks...

Hardness is 200, their target is 260, so i think it means Calcium Hardness.

Oh, sorry, yes that is CYA (Cyanuric Acid) on their test. They are a mile from us and will do the test for free.
