Hi, ok.. the acid wash didn't work (done in Dec & its stained again).. paid $1000 for that & tile cleaning. they said it is old plaster (it is 13 years old) & has been acid washed & etched (its been acid washed twice). they say to not acid wash again.. but try sanding.. or replaster for $3500...
