Tried to vacumn the bottom of the pool today and lost pressure when i hooked up the hose. I quickly urned off the pump. I then filled the hose with water and attached it to the round plate that fits down into the skimmer which has an elboe coming from the top. I turned the pump back on and...

Went with a regular beaded liner and pruchased a liner lock to go behind. Filled it yesterday, swimming today. I was a little nervous but so far so good. thanks everyone.

the pool is a 15 x 24 x 52" johnny weismuller sahara. looking at what i would have to disasemble, i would give the unibead a try. where did you purchase yours? i am in ohio

what is easier to install, a bead or over lap? . i thought that the esther liner has a deep bead. i would thind the over lap would be easier than hoping the bead will stay in the original channel.

First post - just purchased a used esther williams pool. made the first mistake by trying to reinstall the original liner. tried to purchase a new one but they cannot change the bead over to fit the channel for a esther williams pool. my question is, can i just get rid of the top channel...
