I don’t have a kit but testing my water at Leslie store and I think they have the most accurate measurements for water chemicals. My numbers are based on their test. So my question do I start dilute the water before treating the alleges?

My pool is in between 20000 to 25000 gallons last tested water showed me high cya 200 and high phosphate 1600 I don’t know where to start balancing the pool specially I start see alleges on the wall and pink alleges on the floor.
