4 year old pump has been displaying error message that just won't go away: ALERT, SERVICE SYSTEM SOON. I've cleaned the Pentair filter, backwashed it. Is there anyway of clearing this message? Or is this a bigger problem of the pump?

I'm looking for a pressure cleaner and have looked around the web for the Polaris models. My question is that a lot of stores list the Polaris 380 for sale, yet only a few list the Polaris 480 for sale. Even Polaris' home page doesn't list the 480 under their product line. Is the 480 a new model?
