8-) Try using a pair of VICE-GRIP pliers,,you might have to go straight down on top of the bolt-screw to get a grip and turn them ,,easy outs are for when you twist heads off and you need to get the broken leftover part out..pain in rear..this should work,,good luck..

8-) First, let me say the people that replyed to you are the "BEST of the BEST of the BEST".. I live in middle Tn. and here's my experience with the Baquacil changeover.. New pool, used Baquacil for about 3 years, cost alot, never clear blue.. changed to BBB method.. bought a TF100 water test...

Everybodys telling you right,,,get the Taylor 100 test kit,,has all the test,,you test it youself,,,,when you want,, and it is right, :wave:

Give a yell to one of the moderators to get everything straightened out i'm sure they will be glad to help. 8-) .. i switched BBB and my pool has never looked better and cost a whole lot less to mantain. :lol:

I'm no expert but all i run my salt water system is about at 10-20% at 12 hrs a day.any more and my FC goes way up..

Hi..Don't mean to butt in but just trying to learn :) ....I know a little about all the different 'Jacks' products..and they seem to be good... But with a SWG and say I am using the BBB method,,would i still need to use any of them..my numbers are good... GREAT SITE :wink:

I have one of the "waterless slides" on my above ground pool and yes it works great with 'wet trunks'.. it 's a smaller size slide,might be called "Typhoon"..really needs to be screw down,about $550 new on e-bay,,Happy with mine,lots of fun :-D

I'm far from being a pool expert,but on my pool it kept getting the "brown dirt" in the bottom of mine shortly after cleaning....it was alga....at the time I was using BacQuacil........after I 'super clorinated' it and switched to chlorine,,no more problem

Installed my Goldline SWG...but have a few Questions on my timer settings.. I plugged my pump into the bottom of my goldline box..plugged box into my outlet.. set the correct time of day on my timer.. set it to generate about,,15 hrs per day..pins in-pins out... set the % at about40.... set on...

having trouble with my chlorine leval,can't get it to come down enough.. 6 days ago my reading was about 21 i think with my taylor kit... drained about,, 1/4 of my pool water and put in fresh..also had a good rain.. added 3-containers of MAJIC JACKS chlorine reducer..which says it should reduce...

Here is my situation... Last fall I killed off all the baquacil in my pool with bleach and raised it up to the correct chlorine level. I got it to clear blue water and covered it. Now... I uncovered it and water was still clear and blue and then I changed the sand out in my filter. I also hooked...

8) Off season,,getting ready to tear into my heater....I think i mght be looking at a,WATER PRESSURE switch,, or a HIGH LIMIT switch causing my noise?..any help? :roll:
