    Here's a picture of the current construction - pool dig was yesterday. We ended up adding a bench in the deep-end and upgraded the pump to Intelliflo VS (thanks adjw22) Forms and concrete should be poured tomorrow (weather pending) Thanks for additional advice everyone!

    Here's the equipment specs: Pump - Pentair Superflo VS Filter - Pentair FNS Plus (DE) SWG - AutoPilot Pool Pilot Nano (or Nano+) DN2 or DNP2 Heat Pump = AquaCal SQ120R We can choose between cartridge and DE filters - the PB suggested DE for our size pool. Open to feedback on that too.

    Thanks Kim - actually tearing down most of those decks and replacing with pavers or grass to connect yard a bit more. PB sprayed layout today. I will take a picture tomorrow to share. I'll ask about the valves too - great thought.

    Equipment - I have some more detailed brochures at home with exact models. To be added. No automation (other than SWG) ~17k gallons Equipment pad will be behind "shed" in back - see attached with markup Appreciate the reply. Anything you would suggest as being worth it to modify/add?

    vinyl lined in-ground pool over Concrete Walls VS. Steel Frame? Help...

    You'll find that each vendor will say their method is best... personally we just chose concrete over steel for a few thousand more. My biggest driver was that we want to do patio right away. You are more limited with how much you can tamper soil around steel walls vs. concrete. Good luck!
