Confused: Jandy IQ20RS, Intelliflo VS, Intellicom II

Okay, so I found this thread. Operate new Pentair Intelliflo VS pump w/ Jandy Aqualink RS? From what I can figure out, this allows me to control the Intelliflow using 4 pre-set speeds from the Jandy, hooking them up to 4 relays on the Jandy. In the scenario the pump would be directly connected...

Confused: Jandy IQ20RS, Intelliflo VS, Intellicom II

So, I have a Jandy pool System. Last year, I upgraded my main pool pump, and installed the IntelliFlow VS pump. In order to control the VS pump, I upgraded my Jandy controls to the IQ20-RS control system. The upgrade was pretty easy, and i was able to connect the VS pump using the old relay...

    HELP Intelliflo stuck on ALARM

I have an Intelliflo VS pump. Not sure which one, it's about an year old, and is model 011018. Yesterday I noticed the pump was not running, and checked it out. The top line says ALARM. The Big Text in the middle says ALARM. The manual says to press ENTER and then RESET - this does nothing. I...

    iaqualink IQ-20RS installation

The IQ20-RS does not come with any relays. It can connect/control 8 relays, but the relays are already part of your system.

    Jandy iAqualink2 - just installed.

I have an older system with a PDA remote and an AqualinkRS8. I replaced my main pump last year with an Intelliflo VS, which I have been manually switching between speeds. So, yesterday I ordered an IQ20-RS from PoolCleaningParts.com It arrived today. It took me about 30 minutes to do the...

Just landed in the deep end...

Again, thanks for all the replies guys... The pool is 8' deep at the deep end; 3'6" as the shallow. There are pump pick-ups in the deep end; two on the floor, two on the wall. (I think at least one of these are for the sheer-descent but not sure about the others.) The flow back into the pool...

Just landed in the deep end...

Thanks for the DE advice guys. I had missed that in the instructions, but will pick some up in the morning... The MX8 is a great little robot. :D It blows the stingray thing out of the water, figuratively speaking. It really does climb the walls rotate 270 degrees and then work it's way along...

Just landed in the deep end...

Hmm, did not know about putting back any DE. Not even sure what that is. I did read the Jandy/Zodiac manual, and it did not mention anything. http://www.zodiacpoolsystems.com/Produc ... 95200.ashx Any hints on DE?

Uh Oh, sounds like some more learning. :) I will post my numbers next time I go to the store (perhaps tomorrow.) Question. What constitutes algae? Just "green stuff" on the walls?

Just landed in the deep end...

So, we just expanded our family with twin girls, for a total of 4 kids. We needed a new house, and finally bought a house - with a pool. Yep, in at the deep end. I have never owned a pool before, and my wife has only ever taken care of a hot tub. So, we have a bit of a learning curve ahead of...
