What pump timer should i upgrade to?

Copy that. So what you're saying is, your booster is still connected to one of those dial type wall timers. And of course, whatever time that is set at, your VSP is providing sufficient water during those hours.

What pump timer should i upgrade to?

That makes sense, but I guess what i'm asking is, how do you power/set the timer for the booster pump? Since the big pump is no longer part of the timer situation. Am I asking that correctly?

What pump timer should i upgrade to?

Nothing is actually hooked up yet. Pool is empty (being replastered). Pump is brand new, just plumbed in and a little dirty from digging and runoff. RE: the pump being the timer itself, that's kind of what i was thinking, but good to hear it confirmed by an expert. So in my situation, how does...

What pump timer should i upgrade to?

Upgrading this old pool a little at a time, as we get enough money for each phase. And well, we've finally reached electrical. My pool subcontractor just installed the new variable speed 3hp Black & Decker pump, and now he's telling me my old timer might not have enough power for it? I'm...

Quality's not great on these images, but this is what I mean by coping face flush with the tile (no overhang):

Is it possible to do poured-in-place concrete pool coping that is flush (zero overhang) with waterline tile?

@kimkats hello! it's a weird one, right? I'll attach a rough 3d scan i made with the polycam app. depth is maybe 8.5' in the deep end, with a steep incline up to maybe 3.5' in the shallow end. Absolutely, I'll do my best, but this is not my world, so I'm sure i'll beef the terminology...

Is it possible to do poured-in-place concrete pool coping that is flush (zero overhang) with waterline tile?

adding a rough “inspiration” sketch and an actual photos of my odd shaped old pool. Is it possible to have concrete pool coping flush with waterline tile? If so, what’s the best way to do it? if not, what are some better options? my pool builder/remodeler has mentioned lueders stone, and...

Pool return lost its threading, how can I attach replacement eyeball jet?

Ha, nonexistent. I can turn the pump on or off and basically nothing else.

Pool return lost its threading, how can I attach replacement eyeball jet?

I'd like the eyeball, but I don't think I NEED it. The low pressure to the other returns is a bigger concern. Do you have an option that might work?

Thanks for the quick reply, Rob! What might you call that, so I can do some searching?

Pool return lost its threading, how can I attach replacement eyeball jet?

Kinda hard to tell in the photo (bigger here: https://i.imgur.com/r2zbhk1.jpg) but there used to be an eyeball jet that broke off and took the outside threading with it. Bought a replacement like the one above, but there's no thread left to attach to—inside or out. Can i get something to...
