Still no release date on the IO cleaners - definitely not coming out in 2020 - MAYBE we will see them for the 2021 season but Maytronics really only added WiFi capabilities to some of their cleaners this year and didn't add any new designs yet.

That is definitely NOT a piece off of the Active 20 pool cleaner. Might also look like a piece off of a mask and snorkel set. These cleaners find all kinds of goodies on the bottom of your pool!

Maytronics does list a different part number on their M600 basket than the A30i BUT it uses the EXACT SAME filter panels and non return flap as the A30i so it is not going to be any different than what you have now. Just don't want you to spend all that extra money and be disappointed.

I agree with zea3. Let me know the model number on the valve and/or a picture and I can try to figure out what's going on or if there is a part or what's called a gasket "go-kit" to fix the problem in the future.
