    When to SLAM

    I've just opened my 19,000 gallon IG pool with 4 ft and 6 ft deep end and there is 0 chlorine and CYA is below 30 and PH test was yellow TA was 10 ppm, I filled half the pool with Detroit city water so that accounts for low levels.     CYA Test

    I did the CYA test and the tester was filled but I could still see the dot. I'm in Michigan and it's been cold since the pool was filled so the test makes sense from what I've read. Does this mean there's no CYA in the pool?
