Just to update. I received my new PCB Saturday via FedEx. It took 15 mins to change out and now it is operating correctly. Thumbs up to "Tim" at Compupool for good customer service.

I currently have the same problem with mine. I just talked to Compupool CS and they are sending me the part to fix it. Since I'm in my 3rd year of the pro rata warranty it wasn't a free fix but it's pretty cheap. Call 888-989-7258 and they should be able to help.
