Hey guys, New guy here. I have a 220v pump that i just installed. Found that one leg or wiring had 120v and the other had only 18v. I had a break in the wiring. Replaced that and i now have 240v at the pump with no movement or humming. Checked the caps with a cap checker. They are good. Do you...
