    Foamy Pool

    Pool is foamy,I’ve been shocking and balancing ph ,unfortunately after 2 weeks still nothing positive.I am being told now i have chlorine lock.Free chlorine is 0.33 and total chlorine is 1.46.Any ideas? $400 in the hole so far
