I have a JANDY 3 WAY VALVE that when turned to any 90 degree position squirts a stream of wate r when turned to these positions. Once i turn it so all water inlets are in a (T Position valve stops spraying stream of water. What is this hole on back with rubber grommet or bushing for? All help...
