I have a 22,000 gallon pool with an attached hot tub. I currently have a 4,000 btu Jandy heater that doesn’t work. My question is if I am only ever going to heat the hot tub and not the pool should I downsize the heater? Money isn’t an issue just don’t think I need one that big to heat the hot tub.
