    Raypak heater mystery for the experts, this is beyond bizarre

    We're totally baffled, this heater was spotless inside a week ago, took of the hood, vacuumed the leaves out, vacuumed around the burner tray, heater worked fine (only 2 years old to boot). Today I see a message, no pilot sensed so I open up the front and inside looks like a bunch of cobwebs...

    Is this normal corrosion for a 4 year old Raypak heater?

    Heater not lighting, pulled out the burner tray to see what's up and everything is crumbling from the rust. No active leaks that I can see. Wondering if others have had this happen. Photos attached.

    Hayward tank splits

    Just wondering if anyone has found a source for the parts needed to fix this issue. I've had the hot tub since 2017 and have repaired it several times so I know it pretty well.
