How do you know if the 2 speed pump your looking to buy could prime itself on low start up? Im trying to avoid buying a second 2 speed pump timer. Id like to run my pool on low and use high only for cleaning.

Just got a brand new display Dolphin S50. Top cover doesnt seem to be closing very well. Any idea whats going on before i contact seller? As you can see in the pictures the 2 latch hooks dont line up with holes and cant even reach them when applying pressure. This always happens to me:/

I found a new S50 for $400 but it lacks the swivel cord. Is that a deal breaker or what? Is the older model S50 the same as the active 10 or e10 but without swivel? Any help is appreciated!
