    Salt Cell generating all the time

    Hi, I just replaced my T15 salt cell on my 5 year old Aqua-line salt system. It has been generating a week and has not turned off. Have set the output down to the lowest setting and it keeps generating. Clorine levels are high. Any thoughts?
