I'm getting a low salt reading on my IC40 of 2600 ppm even though I measured 3400 ppm with Aquacheck test strips. Before I try to recalibrate I want to inspect the IC40 but don't possess the super-human strength necessary to remove the unions. Is there a tool to help with this?

In the EasyTouch 8 system, I can see the RPM and Watts under Settings->IntelliFlo->Pump #1->Status. When I go to the same menu on the Wireless 8 Controller, both the Watts and RPM are always 0. Any way to fix this? Also, can somebody Explain how the "Settings->Valves" work? I have 3 Jandy...

My returns have had bubbles coming out of them and there are large bubbles visible in the lid of my filter pump. My PB installed a jandy valve to allow some of the water exiting the filter pump to bypass the filter and heater and return directly to the pool/spa. Is this normal? I haven't been...

I'm supposed to have Wet Edge Primera installed later this week but temps look to be around 100. Can they install when it's that hot? What's the max temp an install should occur at? Especially concerned as the Primera is a 2 day install.
