Where can you get the motor only? I would have to take things apart farther and see which motor it is or if it's the chord where It enters the motor housing. Also I assume once you open the motor housing up there is a gasket that needs replacing?

My pool is 16 x 40 with a L in the shallow end. Where did you find info about the length of thr cycles? I looked but did not see any.

Could be a short inside the pool cleaner tripping things.
