Sammm, I had similar issues last week. Be certain to clear your history, cookies, etc. Restart your computer and try logging in again. That cleared it up for me. Good luck.

A few things to check.... On the back side of the unit, there is a round buoy float that is adjustable. By what you have explained, I would thread the float in toward the unit to bringing it closer to the center of the vacuum. On the back of the unit, at the bottom, there is a little water...

That usually will not work in the south. Usually after the first 12-18 inches, you are into the clay and lots of it. I had 4 truckloads hauled off when they dug ours. 3 loads of fill dirt afterwards to level out around the pool.

Well, it is time to bring this one back. Everyone's pool temps are now on the slide. Curious to know what everyone else's pool temps are doing. Mine after this weekend of a little cool snap and some rain = 79 F. I still got in a had a blast with the kiddos.

Lance, In order for us to be able to help, we need to know more about your equipment... In particular, your filter. Is it a cartridge, DE, Sand, etc. Once you provide that information we should be able to help you out.

Did you clean out all of the junk that accumulated at the bottom of your filter before you reassembled????? What did you clean your filters with??? Just curious.

As Dave mentioned earlier, that is a very broad question. Food for thought.. Many Pool Builders are given special incentives, better customer service (repair, replacement parts, etc.) if they carry a specific manufacturers brand. Some of those that come to mind... Pentair, Jandy, Hayward are...
