I just got mine and is almost identical with my previous one , s200, except it’s black and has the raw filers not the ultra fine so I’m using the S200 filters instead. Other than that it’s working just fine.

Hi Joyful, I saw that same part on Ebay and here : Maytronics Drive Motor, 9991210-ASSY I might bit the bullet and get it. For that desiccant pouch I would say , take it out of there and tape it somewhere else so the salt water doesn't stay close to metal.

Sounds the same as my issue with S200 which I understand is the same unit as yours. I went ahead and opened the motor enclosure and there was water inside that actually corroded the motor so mine is toast.

yeah, the top will screw open , I used a plier to open it, and you can get access to the inside, really easy. Put some grease on the gasket after you clean the push pins and the contact surface also grease the cable before you re-insert it in place. Use Aladdin or similar grease. Look at this...

Warranty is trough Maytronics not these resellers so it will be 2 years. BTW, Maytronics are really good honoring the warranty , at least in my case they sent the replacement control unit with 2 day shipping after a brief phone conversation were we troubleshoot the failed unit.

Mine is doing the back and forth a few times then shuts down , I am wondering if that’s because the cogs are worn out , they are very loose so they might seize. I ordered a new unit but I would love to fix my 3.5 year old also. Could the cog seizing trigger the unit to shut off ?

So the tracking says July 21 although I paid for the faster shipping 2-5 days and will get to me day 6 with UPS Ground not expedited.

Oh boy … my 3.5 year old S200 is doing the same thing , starts moving for a few seconds back and forth then stopped . It did the same a month ago when I swapped the main wheels because the one on motor side was obviously used a lot and got some more life out of it but now is back to not cleaning...

Definitely continuity all over, I also tested the relay for the waterfall pump, also continuity on 2-4 for some reason so I decided to buy 2 relays. Found them on Ebay for $49 for 2 pc shipped to my door. Pool company wanted to do me a favor and fix it for $200. Thanks for your help ajw22 !!!
