Hi Willy.. Had a LARGE pull/tear in my liner under a skimmer. Used a patch from same type material and use BullFrog adhesive to bond. Been over a year now and has held great. I understand that covering the existing patch is preferred rather that risk pulling the old patch and making it worse...

Couple of years ago, had a bat show up. Pulled it out, let him dry off a bit and he flew off. Watched a squirrel fall out of a maple tree from about 90' up. Spun several time on the way down and SPLAT ! Pulled himself right out and kept going......looked like a wet rat.

Thanks for the reply Richard. This is the first year I have opened that the pool was NOT a swamp. Guess I was a bit shocked to see it turn green with bleach addition so quickly! I'll just go after it like you said by filtering and keep the SLAM going. Will keep you guys posted!! Thanks...

I had the same problem---twice. First time it was a defective breaker. Replaced...all OK for the year. Next time, I KNEW I had it isolated to the light. Hayward even replace as 'one-time" customer courtesy. New light tripped also. Finally found it to be the connections in the junction box...

Just as a note, I ordered a guage from Dave and love it!! I just added it to my order when I got some refills. Ordered on Friday and got them Tuesday..Now that is great service!!!!

I had a problem that was similar. Is it on a GFI breaker? My problem ended up being corroded connections at the junction box. Re-did them and fixed me right up. Hope that helps...Good Luck, Sami
