I will. When I bought the house, I didn't even have a clue what pool maintenance is like. I have got the basics right now. So my judgement was mostly of an illiterate. :p But the park is nice. Kids playing and all. :) Just no good single moms! :D

The pool runs for 4 hours daily. Haven't changed much in the pool running shedule. I was looking for a skimmer like the one you posted that could ease the work load. The leaves, seeds, just float to the "dead" part of the pool and just keep floating there.

I am also thinking of raising my borate levels to something around 35-40. That should be a little bit helpful. I do have an inline chlorinator. I might have to use that in medium settings.

My main concern are the leaves that keep dropping. Will fall going on, my pool gets loaded with leaves and all sort of debris. Living next to a park definitely does not help! :( I would look at floaters and see what i can find. So would you say FC at shock levels and a floater or FC at normal...
