I have passed my overnight chlorine loss test two nights in a row. Only lost .5 both nights. Water is the clearest I have ever had. I am still getting spots on my floor over night. I vacuumed really well last night and this morning I have spots again. There are no steps in the pool. No toys in the pool. I have scrubbed the skimmer and jet return. These spots brush away. They are in sun and shade. Not sure what to do at this point.

If nothing else works, now that you've passed the OCLT (twice), you might consider taking the FC up to Mustard Algae levels just for one day (24hrs). No swimming during that higher FC elevation of course.

Ditto on @Texas Splash's note. It is a belt and suspenders insurance.
It may just be left overs. It is very easy to resuspend dead algae, especially if just brushing. And your filter may be slow on getting every last bit, so it settles out overnight. Keep on brushing and vacuuming. It may take a few/several days.
