Just started testing - what to add

So I just tested my water for the first time using the TF-100 test kit. Results:

FC = 6 ppm
CC = 0 ppm
TA = 130 ppm
Ph = 8.0 ppm
Chlorine = 4

I have always had a locally owned pool company service my pool, but due to costs I decided to due it on my own
Pool - 28,000 gallon salt pool
Intellchlor is set to 80%
I am currently running the system for 8 hours per day

I am thinking I need to add about a gallon of acid. Cut the Intellichlor to 60%. Anything else? The pool looks nice and clear. Thanks

Salt level = 3100

I didn't do the CH test this morning, but I can do that tomorrow morning.

I measured FC using the FAS-DPD Chlorine Test in the kit, exactly as written in the instructions. It took 12 drops to clear the water.
Chlorine test I was trying to differentiate between the color 3 and 5 on the tube. The yellow looked darker than the 3 but just a little lighter color than 5.
