24' round x 52" pool wall needing replacement needed

Hi. I need to replace a section of my pool wall. The holes around the skimmer and return jet have rusted through. The rust continues down the pool wall. Its is deep rust, not only on the surface. Where can I get a replacement wall piece, or kit for the repair? Has anyone done this or have. advice to share? I might be able to get a sheet from my local metal recycling company. I like the idea of this having the holes cut.
This video is a good one. Hopkins pool must be out of business. I cannot find a contact.
 
Back in 2018 we bolted (I think galvanized) sheet metal to the pool wall where it had rusted. But it was only at the skimmer and return openings. No where else rusted on the wall. We cut the openings ourselves and painted the cuts and edges with rust inhibiting paint. So I'm not sure exactly the details of where we got the metal.

The circled pic is the view of the liner inside the pool. The bolt heads were covered with a couple layers of duct tape. Also cover the edges of the sheet metal with duct tape to protect the liner.
Make sure when you install the gasket around the skimmer and return openings that you use butterfly gaskets and don't cut them apart. Also cut slits in the opening instead of circle cut. Then fold back the liner against the wall. You can see it in pic #3.
Hope this helps giving you some ideas.
