SF Bay Area. HDX Chlorinating Liquid from Home Depot. 10% Sodium Hypochlorite. Two gallons at $14.98 according to the HD web site. I paid $8.21/gal last week if you include tax.

Yeah, might have to drive to Lowes -- but it is 3x further than the local Home Depot. And out of stock. And still 10%.

20 mile drive one way? Something like that. Last time I checked the closest was out of stock, but that was the end of last year.

In the Los Angeles area (including Santa Clarita, Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks), the least expensive is Discount Pool Mart. They may not be statewide though.
$6.79/gal for 12.5% HASA liquid chlorine. (This equates to $5.66/gal for 10%.)
Otherwise, the least expensive statewide in California is probably Walmart at $5.67/gal for 10% as BeTheLawn mentioned.

I see Kansas has Atwoods listed, but looks like those stores are far west of Topeka, KS. For the KC metro area, looks like Menard's has 1 gallon of 12.5% sodium hypochlorite for $4.99, and after their current 11% rebate, $4.44 each.
Aren't they mail in rebates ? Add $0.73 each. Lol.
You can send in a whole bunch of receipts in one envelope...but even without the rebate, at $4.99/gal for 12.5%, it's still one of the cheapest around.

Family Dollar has 121 FL Oz (3.78 Qt) of Homeline bleach 7.5%. for $6.50.
Walmart has 121 FL Oz (3.78 Qt) of Great Value 7.5% but says 7.13% available chlorine for $6.16.
No one has 1 full gallon of regular bleach within 100 miles of my home. I have tried looking for liquid chlorine at pool stores and power washing businesses, too.
Liquid Chlorine Pool Shock:
Lowe's, Home Depot, and Walmart are $6.00-8.00 for liquid chlorine.
The best price I have found is $4.99 for OnLine Pool Shock (liquid) for 128 FL Oz (full 1 gallon) of 10% at Atwood's Ranch & Home. 5-6 years ago we were buying it for $1.99 per gallon at Atwood's (on sale)
before the chlorine accidents and price hikes. Those days are gone!
OnLine Packaging is in Plover, WI; Michigan City, IN; and Ardmore, OK. I just emailed them to see if they will sell directly to me. I doubt it. I will need to wait until Atwood's sells all of last year's stock. The stores near me store the shock inside to sell it, but I don't know if they keep the extra pallets outside or if they get weekly fresh deliveries.
